Jasno remixes Maya Yenn's 'How Much Sadness Can You Swallow? '

Maya Yenn is an alt-pop artist, producer and composer hailing from the Midlands. Jasno is an electronic artist, producer, composer and sound engineer based in London. Jasno has just remixed ‘How Much Sadness Can You Swallow’, a single released by Maya earlier this year.

Building on the original version of “How Much Sadness Can You Swallow?” – a hard-hitting, electro-pop track about a particularly intense nightmare Yenn had that she describes as “a vision of hell” – Jasno picks up the mantle with a thumping trance house take, getting delightfully weird with glistening synths and huge, groaning bass.

“I was on a 90s techno vibe at the time!” Jasno admitted. “In the beginning, I played around with the idea of a longer house track, but realized it was a bit too meandering. During that time, I was listening to a lot of electronic music from Poland and thought it would be interesting to try some of the things I was hearing in this remix.”
