ultrademon is an artist from Kyoto, Japan. They’ve just release Some Lost Friend, which is apparently ‘the most ambient and pretty song’ on their new record, ‘aethi’, which is set to be released September 15th.
It’s an interesting track, which combines a melodic, processed, poppy vocal line, which is then transformed and effected, then complemented with a dynamic, blippy soundscape, descending into rhythms that give a hint of what is to follow from the album…
The album will be available from Bandcamp soon, currently available to preorder, there’s two other track on there that give a hint of what’s to come, including Lostgrace, with a lovely intro that descends into a dirty bassline later on…
