Based in Tokyo, Nakamura Hiroyuki is an accomplished pianist, composer and producer, with a track record of working within classical, jazz and electronic styles, from studying at Showa University of Music, through to performing at the Montreux Jazz Festival.
His latest work is a piano piece called Get Rid Of My Anxiety, and is inspired by “Scenes from Childhood,” by Schumann. Taking piano loops as its foundation the track is developed and shaped through live improvisation.
