David Curington - Assured Listening Experience

We featured David Curington last year when we looked at his wonderful track No Hands, and we’re delighted to be able to bring you more from David.

This time we have Assured Listening Experience, a 26-minute track that is in part ambient, and part musique concrete. It a collage of sound with processed and manipulated vocal snippets, shifted and transformed to create an immersive world.

It’s got a surreal edge to it, with some madcap elements adding humour. At times it feels rather psychedelic, with swirling fragments of sound and speech.
