Here’s a great track from Semoto, a producer and drummer who can be found in Lisbon, or sometimes in Lausanne, Switzerland. Attica combines downtempo grooves with intricate, glitchy programming, and vocal samples that come and go through the track, adding a little spice and interest through the track.
Inspired by artists such as Caribou, Moderat, and Bonobo, Semoto has made a great start to his releases. His debut has been followed up by Rudiments, a more bassline oriented track, that adds energy to the Semoto sound.
