oplen is the work of Swedish musician Henrik Sunbring, whose been playing in various bands, and creating electronic music for over 20 years. He’s just released a beautiful ambient track called svæpha, as part of a split release on the Luftrum label.
Created using field recordings mixed with cassette tape-recorded organs and massive moog-synths, it’s a haunting sound, that builds in intensity to create a wonderful psychedellic soundscape, before a mellow chilled out ending. Check it out…
