Polish producer and multi-instrumentalist Natalia Stokłosa, under the alias Odemglanie, shares Targa—a textured and steadily intensifying piece that blends experimental electronics with ambient and synthwave influences. Taken from the Dziki Sad EP, the track showcases a balance of analog warmth and rhythmic progression.
Targa begins with sparse rhythmic elements and subdued low-end pulses. As it develops, shifting chords and layers of retro-styled synths introduce a sense of urgency. A rolling drum groove gradually builds, giving the track forward momentum while maintaining a spacious and atmospheric quality. The title Targa is drawn from a Polish verb meaning “to jolt” or “to be tugged,” and the track captures this sensation through its layered movement and building intensity. It also nods to the Porsche 911 Targa, reinforcing the theme of speed and motion. According to the artist, the piece evokes a moment just before a storm, when tension builds and movement accelerates in nature and within.
Odemglanie is the solo project of Natalia Stokłosa, a Kraków-based artist with a background in industrial design. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków and the Outpost Academy, she combines analog, digital, and hybrid sound sources in her productions. Her music merges melodic intuition with sound textures that feel both nostalgic and outside of time.
Targa is the second release from the Dziki Sad EP, available through the OUTPOST label, with promotion across platforms including TikTok and Instagram. The track presents a clear example of Odemglanie’s interest in cinematic structure and sonic contrast—subtle yet forceful, restrained but constantly shifting.
