“Electric Birds”, the latest release from electronic artist and trumpet player Nathan Plante, combines pulsating electronic textures with field recordings and acoustic elements to create a dynamic and evolving soundscape. The track opens with layers of electronic pulses and noise, gradually building into a more ambient structure. Plante, based in Berlin, explains that he used field recordings of the electromagnetic spectrum, blending them with hardware synths and acoustic trumpet sounds to craft the unique textures in “Electric Birds.” This is the third track from his upcoming debut EP, which shares the same name. His work explores the intersection between traditional acoustic performance and experimental electronic music, creating a bridge between the two worlds.
