Around the halfway point, rolling beats enter and begin to propel the track forward. The rhythm brings a steady pulse that complements the warm synth lines rather than overpowering them. Iman Taghadossi, born in Iran and a graduate of the Mozarteum College of Music, has worked across genres, from post metal with Mount Mingus to his indie leaning project Venter. His music has also been widely used in film and advertising. In light of recent events in Iran and tragedies unfolding globally, “Still” carries a quiet sense of reflection. Produced before those events, it now lands with a different weight, offering a moment of space and steadiness amid heavier realities.
