Erich H is the work of Timm-Eric Heiland, a German musician, producer, composer and visual artist. After an early education learning music in the traditional manner he discovered how computers could be used to make music, and hasn’t looked back since.
He still retains a love and passion for traditional composition, and is now enthusiastic about combining classical compositional techniques with contemporary production to form a unique and personal sound.
You is an EP released by Eric H last year. Here’s a track called ‘Remember’, opening with a low vocal melody taking us into a downtempo groove, that takes us on a journey through different textures, it’s got a lovely laid back vibe, whilst still being smart enough to lead us through the with different sonic textures to keep us engaged…
Nowhere Here opens with a melancholic mood and some mellow piano chords, synthesisers subtly transition into a slow but steady groove, almost a little dubby before it begins to take us forwards…
