Whomst is the work of Vince Dowd, a producer from Philadelphia. Wishy Washy is Kenneth Washington, a producer from Washington, now based in central Pennsylvania. Together they’ve created Tangerine, a great track which begins with processed samples of acoustic and industrial sounds, before descending into mellow dubby beat, complete with a lovely bass that rattles through the track nicely.
