Nite Bjuti are a Brooklyn based avant-garde experimental jazz trio composed of singer-songwriter Candice Hoyes, SoundChemist and beatmaker Val Jeanty, and bassist Mimi Jones. Together they create music which explores existential themes such as maturity, coming of age, and deep physical, mental and spiritual change.
Their debut single “Mood (Liberation Walk)” has been released in advance of a full-length album due out in April.. Combining Afro Caribbean influences with jazz and electronic music, they create a hypnotic and exciting sound.
